Company Profile U Rent-Rama Corp. started doing business in 1979 as Rama (ss) Industries (ss stands for small-scale), a single proprietorship business located here in Manila, Philippines and duly registered at the Dept. of Trade and Industry. It was first located in Intramuros, Manila, and after only 2 years, it relocated to a better site in Cubao, Quezon City. It catered mainly on renting out electric welding machines, concrete mixer, air compressors with jackhammers, and electric generators to local contractors engaging in construction business. In 1989, when construction business was booming, it diversified by registering two more divisions, U-Rent Equipment Leasing and Ramacon Construction, both under Rama Industries as their mother company. In 1997, the two divisions merged and was incorporated as U Rent-Rama Corp and was subsequently registered with the S.E.C. Presently, U Rent-Rama Corp. is located at No. 75 Lantana St., Cubao, Quezon City, 1109, Philippines and offers a wide array of heavy equipment machineries for lease. It also has its own pool of mechanics for on-site servicing, equipment operators for each equipment rented out and several towing vehicles for deliveries of equipment to the clients' jobsites.
